Personal Training

I offer Personal Training sessions at Penrith Leisure Centre.

One to One : I will create a personal training programme tailored to you and your goals, including nutritional advice to help you make the right food choices. Ideal if you need a programme to follow and someone to motivate you and be accountable to.

Pairs : Same as the one to one, but you can train with a friend, you will share the session (and the cost!) Ideal if you have similar goals and want to have double the fun!

Small Group : Up to 4 people, ideal if you want to keep the costs down and get fitter with up to 3 friends.
